The hat itself is genuinely great — 100% cotton twill with a washed vintage finish that makes it look like you've had it for years. Low-profile, unstructured fit. Delicate white script embroidery that reads like a personal statement rather than loud branding. Antique brass snap buckle in the back. The distressing means each one comes out slightly different, which I actually love.
